However, many “Kratom” companies are working in labs to alter and enhance these levels that range from 200-400X its natural form. Once you manipulate these levels to such extremes, 7-OH is no longer Kratom. You aren’t ingesting our beloved plant; you’re ingesting synthetics at dangerous levels. Many consumers of these products are being left with horrific withdrawal symptoms that mimic serious opioids.
